Rebecca Black's song "Friday" has gone completely viral on youtube whereby the response is overwhelming negative.
Why the hostility?
Its only a song and not the end of the music world. Rebecca's only 13 years old. And the song presents how a 13 year old looks at the world. She is not an adult. She is just in her teen years so she just might pass these negative comments off. Negative comments is all too common at school.
What is not hurting her is the money going into her bank account from the proceeds from the highly negative song. Money that is far more than a weekly allowance for a 13 year old.
If we want to blame anybody we need to blame the adults at Arkmusicfactory. They take young teenagers of questionable talent, and make money off of them. They probably wrote all of the lyrics and music. Its music factory alright.
Maybe people are so ticked off because of jealously. In the video she presents herself as having the perfect carefee suburban lifestyle. A lifestyle that a great many do not have. There are those who spit at innocence. For they will take glee from her fall from grace. Still she is not of age of an adult.
